Timeline

Hi all,

My wife is waiting for her invterview date and we would like to ask you guys some questions to be better prepared.

1) I've heard a lot of people mentioning the time line. Is it one of those must have item? why don't any the US agencies (UCSIS, NVC, CONSULATE) mention this anywhere on their website?

2) My wife is considering hiring a "dich vu" to take her to medical/interview as well as look over her paper/edivence. Does anyone know of any reputable one in sai gon? we would appreciate some recomendation. thanks

UCSIS:

PD: April 1st 2014

NOA1: 4-10-14

NOA2: 9-11-14

NVC:

CASE # ASSIGNED: 10-08-14

AOS & IV FEES: PAID 10-24-14

DS-260: COMPLETED 10-31-14

AOS & IV PACKAGE: SENT 11-03-14

SCAN DATE: 11-10-14

CASE COMPLETE: 12-29-14

Timeline

Send her a notarized up to date time line of your relationship, include all important dates such as introduction/meet, engagement, etc.before her interview.

We did not hire anyone to help my wife and after some additional info requested from me, all is well.

The timeline functions as a nice table of contents or organization mechanism for your evidence. It doesn't need to be notarized. Ours wasn't and it worked fine. Same visa type as yours.

I will let others speak to a reputable dich vu. Given most users of this site are petioners, your wife's best bet is to consult a Vietnamese website analogous to VJ...I know they exist.
