If you will allow you I want to know how to speed up the paper in uscic stage

We have provided i-130 in the month of September (i am the wife and my husband is an American) and now when i am check it ( case was received)

But I read here about some of the cases that stage was completed within a few weeks on the road assistance of a Senators

The main reason for expedite is military deployment.

You cna also ask for an expedite for other reasons, such as medical emergency.

A senator can;t help unless you are outside normal processing guidelines; keep in mind a spousal visa does take more than a year to complete.

Yes. You can request help from your Congressperson at this stage since Nebraska Service Center has a 5 month processing time and you are past that. Feel free to message me for details. I did do that for our case so I don't mind trying to help you find your way through it.
