Deadlines passed, do I need to make InfoPass appointment?

Hi everyone!

So we are waiting for the interview and our case got updated to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" in early November (2014). So on Dec 5, 2014 we made the e-request as the website says since we did not receive any notice by mail. We were supposed to get an answer for that over a week ago and still nothing.

So... do we just have to wait or should we make an InfoPass appointment to find out whats going on?

Thanks for your suggestions!

(AOS from K-1 visa, assigned to NBC - i think)

Some people wait months for an interview; the wait time is determined by how busy your local office is. A service request is not going to achieve anything. You will just have to be patient.
