Montreal physical / interview conundrum

Hi everyone. So good news / bad news. We got our interview date in Montreal, Canada for Tuesday, February 24th @ 8:30am. Bad news is the physician my hubby needs to see there is gone from the 13-18. They have an appointment the 19th, but the third business days for the results would be the 24th. They told me they would give us a letter explaining he had the physical & the results were being processed & we'd return back that afternoon or the next day with the results. He said this may slow the process, but as long as we can hand deliver the results after the interview I think he's right we'll be ok? I've emailed Montreal to ask them & have tried to call, they don't take phone calls anymore. I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem before? Thanks in advance!

Hi. I saw on 12-24 we had 3 N/A's!! They sent the email notifying us 1-3-15 & it had our interview date! Yeah I can't believe the time we need to have our physical the physician isn't there!! :( hopefully the man at the physicians office is correct we can bring the letter to the interview until the results are ready later that afternoon.

It does take them a little bit to process afterwards but if you can drop the medical off the same day after interview that wouod simplify the process. Nothing says you have to have the medical done first, just that it is the least complicated and easiest.
