need to file ar-11 for address change and theres a part "In the U.S as a" permanent resident or other coz i still have my aos pending? am confused..please help! thank you so much!

I would just put your current address on the form and have your husband put that address on the I-864. Once you do become a LPR and the I-864 is enforce, you have 10 days to notify the USCIS via the AR-11 and your husband has 30 days to notify them using the I-865. Right now you are not a LPR so you do not need to complete the AR-11.

Sorry, I missed that you had a pending case. You need to complete the form on-line AND mail it in for a pending case. Your husband will need to submit an I-865 as well. I would use your A# for the on-line version and submit it like a LPR and then for the notification of the pending case I would put that your AOS is pending. You could also make an INFOpass appointment to make certain that the address is changed. Just make sure to get a receipt IF you are maintaining that residence, you could have someone check your mail. If not, you could place a vacation hold for you and your husband's name at that address and nominate someone to pick it up and issue another hold as each hold is good for only 30 days.
