Hi everyone,i made a call to CFO NAIA since yesterday and now someone picked up the phone already,but because i didnt book the ticket yet the lady told me to book my ticket first before shell gve me instruction,so then i booked and call back.She then ask for my flight number,the terminal of my departure ,and the time .She instructed me to prepare the ff when i come.

1. GCP certificate original and photocopy

2. Passport original and photocopy

3. Visa original and photocopy

4. Immigrant form can be downloaded on the site or can be done at the desk.

The lady told me that the CFO NAIA is open daily except for regular holiday like Christmas and New year .They will be open frm 5 am to 12 midnight.The reason why we need to call them 2-3 days so that u will be put on their list and someone will attend to you by the time you arrive at your departure terminal.Tomorrow would be my flight but she informed me to call back as soon as i arrive at the terminal between 11-12 noon just in case no one on the desk yet so they can replace immediately.BTW they dnt stay in one terminal they move from one to another..hope this will help others.

Thank you for all that info. We were debating whether to go to the terminal for the final sticker or the main Manila CFO office.

Sounds like the main Manila office is a better way to go to get the sticker if we already have the certificate. 2-3 days notice and providing all the flight info to the airport CFO office is a hassle.

Sounds like the main Manila office is a better way to go to get the sticker if we already have the certificate. 2-3 days notice and providing all the flight info to the airport CFO office is a hassle.

Not a hassle at all, Actually pretty easy.

We went on Saturday to Terminal 3 and told the CFO dude we were trying to fly out that day via stand by (We already had tickets to leave on Tuesday, and just did no want to mess going to CFO on Monday). Now we were in the terminal on Saturday due to flying from her hometown to Manila. Our backup plan was to go to CFO on Monday for sticker, but thankfully we were able to take care of sticker on Saturday.
