I know the letter of intent must be received within 30 days of signing. Is it the same for the g325a?

Documents were signed December 1st but we decided to wait until April of 2015 to file for k1 visa. I know we will need new letters of intent but is it OK to use the g325a we already have signed?

it should be fine as long as the G325A is not expired, the expiration date of the form is on the upper right side

I'm not aware of any 30-day limit on the validity of the signed letter of intent. However, from now to April 2015 is four months, so getting a new one before you file certainly couldn't hurt.

And since your fiancé is going to send you that document anyway, why not tell him to send an updated G-325A as well? The one you have is probably OK, but why take that chance?
