Hi all out there

How do we scan and send the naturalization certificate and approval letter to upgrade my case from f2a to ir1?

Need help asap

usually, you follow the instructions given over from a telephone call with a supervisor at NVC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I have maile them my naturalization certificate on nov 5 they dont have it yet and i send other one on November 20 they don't have that too and on December 24 i emailed the document with the inquiry form now im waiting for reply
