1) Do I need to provide this if I am not planning on claiming money and just going to show my income from my jobs?

(A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance

2) Do I need to include the original paystubs and boarding passes or will copies do?

3) Which courier service should I use to send my papers to my fiance? Any suggestions?

4) For item 11 on form I-134 it says {I intend} or {I do not intend} to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3. If you select intend, indicate nature and duration of contributions. Should I fill this out because the example says: N/A (K1 Visa process for permanent residence). If it's not required, would it be helpful for my co-sponsor to say something?

if you make enough you do not have to show bank statements only your tax info and job info. you can use whatever service you want however fedex and ups will not deliver to P.o addresses but if you need to you can you express overnight delivery with tracking number at post office

So if I don't make enough but have a cosponsor I need to show bank statements? I was told that bank statements were only needed if you were trying to claim personal money apart from income...like how if you have 3k in savings that counts as 1k to them?

no the join sponsor will have to show he make enough to support the person or persons being sponsor plus his or her own household. bank accounts are optional

What if the co-sponsor is retired? Will 3 years of IRS transcripts, bank letter, and statements for a year verifying pension and ssi deposited every month? Is that enough?

I would suggest you use DHL to send the documents to Egypt. They are more expensive, but I have been told they are more reliable. You could also send Priority Express International through USPS. I have sent packages this way many times without issue. Although, never just papers. I would never advise sending anything through USPS, without tracking, as there is no telling how long it will take to get there or if it will ever make it. I did have a couple of things sent without tracking never get delivered.
