Hi,

what is my chance if i was only asked to bring my medical exam on the 221G form? but they didn't take my passport and I checked the CEAC status still under "AP" status.

Chance for what? You need to give them what they asked for, and then they will either approve or deny the visa. Even if they approve the visa when you supply what they asked for, you could still be placed in AP before the visa is issued.
