Do u know the one I'm talking about? I was thinking just to go to macy's, but im not sure !!! I will looks like a stealer maybe, it never happened to me something like that

If you have the receipt there should be a problem bringing the shirt back and asking them to remove it. I don't think that they would think that you stole it. It should have set off alarms when you left the first time. (did it?) If it didn't maybe it's deactivated. But it shouldn't be a problem.

If you bring it back with your receipt, they will remove it.

Okay, How did you pay? If it was by card, you can take in a bank statement to prove that you bought it there on that day, and they could also check the security cameras.

If not, taking it back could be tricky as they can see it as theft and they have ever right to handle it that way unfortunately if you cannot prove payment.

Take a picture and upload it so we can see what kind of tag it is, I believe what you are describing is slightly longer and more of an oblong shape.
