Regulars should get special treatment.

Volume discounts

If you attempt a second I-129F application within two years of an approved I-129F, you will need a waiver.

If you have two previous I-129F petitions approved and attempt another, you will need a waiver.

In that case, Tom's financial obligation to her will end at the moment her conditional green card expires. By remarrying and moving to Germany she very much relinquished any chances of ROC in the US.

She is remarried, she is in Germany.

Her GC is either expired, or within a few days.

She is not in the USA to file for ROC.

Fact would seem to be, her GC will 'die' and so will her connection with, ""Tom"" no GC, no ROC, correct?

BOGOF?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

The only certainty you could have of knowing if someone has lost their PR status is if they officially relinquished it or an Immigration Judge was involved. Presumably the latter would be public record.

This is all a moot point, if she does not file for ROC, and a dead GC, that is, it its over!

Her GC is expired, (new info) and is married in Germany.

She has been out of the USA since May, she cannot even come back into this country.

After the great posts, by "some" posters, and new info., for all intent and purposes, she is "gone" from Tom's life!

Done, gone!
