I have some questions related time window for sending package of ROC,

I came here last year May 3r^d 2013 so my GC is expiring on May 3rd 2015.

Do I need to send the ROC package before 90 days . so exactly how many days before starting 90 days.

You file within the 90 day window before your GC expires. You can file at any point in the window, but the earlier, the better.

that means i can send in the first week of February 2015.

currently i do have rental lease/mortgage agreement because we live together in our aunts house with father in law and mother in law

Aunt will write notarized affidavit of communal residence.

what is the total amount of fee for ROC we need to pay $ 505 +85 for bio metrics.

do we need to make one cheque with $590 or two diffrent cheques.

Together in one check. By the way, check uscis website for fee changes, because you have several months before your window time comes.

Me and my spouse went to my country for 4 months for the treatment of my spouse then we are back after 4 months and my CR 1 is expiration is on MAY 3rd 2015.

So I am planning to submit my ROC last-week of January 2014.Do i need to explain them that why i went to my country

Any Suggestions Please

Eg:- itineraries , Boarding passes and my country doctor report
