My fiance ITR 2013; filling status is married filling separately. but divorce was finaliZed feb.16, 2014


would it be cause any problem?

09.11.14- NOA1 email

09.15.14- Alien Reg. changed

11.18.14- NOA2

02.02.15- Interview at US Embassy 

02.24.15 - POE San Francisco CA.

If you were divorced in 2014, then your 2013 return should obviously be married. So there should be no problem.

No because you were still married at the end of 2013.
