Hello I am new her but I have a question my Ceac status changed to issued on the 5th of December and I called NVC and the say they have nothing in there system what could this mean the VO officer said we were approved and had to send in a new police clearance and we did can anyone help

NVC? Are you talking about you had an interview at embassy and you were approved and now your case Status says Issued.

Have you called your Visa pickup place. What is the procedure. It's hard to tell you what to do since we have no idea. What embassy did you go through. I know for Palestinians you can go to different ones.

We went through the Jerusalem consulate and yes my wife went to the interview were they told her she was approved I called nvc to see if they have any info and they told me we have nothing in our system

Well the info page for the Consulate says 2 weeks about after you submit documents.
