Hello guys I am just wondering if it's normal that the plastic cover of the yellow envelope which is the visa packet has a little cut while retrieving the passport and also is it normal that the pages on the left side the yellow envelope are visible. Is it also normal that there are little bent on the edges of the packet? Just wondering if guys can give me clear picture about this visa packet. Your help and input guys are highly appreciated..

sounds normal to me. my visa packet was the same. just keep it secured & untampered during your travel.

Yes its normal. You can make the cut as large as you need to in the plastic to get your passport and big yellow do-not-open envelope out. It's the yellow envelope inside that you have to be careful not to cut.

Also, the corner tear in the upper corner of the yellow envelope is rather large (I think around 2 inches), but this is perfectly normal. This is exactly how my wife's visa packet was.
