Medical question regarding vaccinations

I have seen the chart regarding the required vaccinations for London. It is split into age categories, do I only need to make sure I have the vaccinations that say YES for my age category? OR all the vaccinations where it says yes, (should have had them when I was in the younger age categories) ?

I think I know the answer to the question all ready, but just want it clarifying as I think my dumb doctors have lost my medical records from birth to age 10!!!!!! So annoying as I definitely had them all done!!!!!!!!

Going to be an expensive medical I think!!!!

Go to your NHS doctor and get the immunizations you will need. Many NHS doctors will do them for free, but they are not obligated to do so for immigration purposes. Get the shots documented by your doctor to take to your visa medical exam. If your doctor should say you dont need something on this list, remember you have to go by US rules and that differs from UK standards. Here are the shots needed for 19 through 59 years of age:

• Td or Tdap - Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis or get DT, DTP or DtaP and it will be accepted also. The latest shot must be no longer than 10 years ago or you need a booster. If you have a record of receiving pertussis, then the Td is okay for the booster.
• MMR - (if born in 1957 or later)-Mumps/measles/rubella. It's two doses in your life, but if you get the first dose, and 4 weeks haven't passed by your medical, they will waive the second dose for "insufficient time interval". If you only had one dose as a child, get a second one before the medical.
• Varicella - Not routinely given in the UK . A history of having chickenpox excuses you from the shot. They take your word for it at the visa medical exam.
• Influenza Required during flu season only, October 1 through March 31. This was a new recommendation dated November 2010 for all ages over 6 months. Older lists will say flu shots for over age 50. It changed. The list on the London embassy website is out of date since 2009. Dont follow it.

You don't have to make up all the baby shots. They are inappropriate for your age level. Only what is listed above. I copied this list from another post of mine, so it is referring to your previous record. You don't have all of yours, so one MMR and one Tdap will do for you on those multiple dose shots (if no record) as long as four weeks haven't passed from the MMR date and the medical exam. Otherwise they will say a second MMR is due.

From the vaccinations list from uscis ( the one from the comment above is good ) I would go to my doctors and get blood test to see if you are inmhune so in case you are missing something it will be way cheaper.

Usually people in Europe and mostly countries have all of them. I personally had to get varicella since I never passed it ( I got tested fist and it didn't show up in my blood ) and tetanus because the last one was more than 10 years ago...

Since I was re-posting from my list to K1s, I forgot something that applies to CR1s in the UK.

The varicella shot. You can simply tell Knightsbridfe you had chickenpox and get varicella waived. In case you didn't have chickenpox and don't want to lie, there is a waiver allowed for "not routinely available". In the UK, they don't immunize anybody for varicella so the varicella vaccine would be difficult to find. The shot falls under "not routinely available" and you won't need one.

This applies to CR1s who must be complete at their visa interview. For K1s, they have to be complete when they adjust status in the US. So they do have an opportunity to get a varicella shot after they enter the US, where it is easily available.
