Will there be a problem of in both NOA1 and NOA2 my name as the beneficiary is missing my 3rd name? I have a very long name.. For example, a person's name is Ma. Elizabeth Elaine.. and the name on the Notice is just Ma. Elizabeth, will that be a problem?
