ok. i have known this girl since 2012 and she has been always honest about what she do for living and i met her on dating site, the good thing i liked more is her honesty and she is real sweet and never talk trashy or unnecessary, means we love our daily conversation.

ok from then we chat and one day we both know we love each other and i have been in phillipines to meet her for five times now and she still work in bar and i know it, i cant accept that but she needs her living and i cant give her the money she needed.

ok now this is the question, is there a possible that we can grant a fiancee visa?

pls i need an honest answer.

OP, are you petitioning someone from Panama? That's what it looks like from your profile.

Are you asking from a legal perspective or a personal perspective? Waitressing in a bar is perfectly legal work, so I see no problem with that. The interviewer might ask more questions than usual since work like that often does not involve much documentation and there are lots of illegal things that workers in bars get caught doing. But as long as she broke no laws, just answer the interviewer's questions and she will be fine.

From a personal perspective, most ladies I know who work in bars would rather be doing somethng else, but the bar work is good money for them and they need it. Here in the US, I noticed most bartenders are ladies because they draw big tips from the male customers so the bar owner can pay them less than their male counterparts. I would be OK with a lady who does this type of work. My wife was a maid before we married. She would have loved to have been a scientist or doctor instead, but not everyone gets the educational opportunites that they would like. Lots of things matter in the quality of a woman, but her occupation is not one of them.

The whole point of the process is basically to a) show you aren't defrauding the government and b) that the petitioner can care for his/her fiance without being a strain on the government.

Her job has absolutely nothing to do with any of this.
