My wife told me that she does not have vaccination records, because when she was a child, all her vaccines were given free at a clinic therefore they did not have any records. Can she just go to her medical exam without any vaccination records in hand? Will she have to get new vaccination shots during her exam then? If so, is that pay separate from what she has to pay for the whole medical exam? Anybody went to St Lukes without a vaccination record and was fine?

Not an issue, most don't bring old vaccination records. All required vaccinations will be given at SLEC (included in the medical fee)
