hi,

i want to ask you about the letter of intent, we both signed our letter of intent when we applied for the petition and it was approved but now as i'm gathering documents from my interview, i found out that another letter of intent is needed but this time it has to mention how we met, how was the engagement and something about us as a couple and at the end add our intent to marry..

My fiance already sent me everything so does he need to send me another letter ? is it okay to be scanned and not original copy?

The Letter of Intent is needed for the Interview if asked. It is a separate paper from each of you signed and up-dated from your Original 129-F you submitted months ago. No scanned or copies. The signatures must be in Ink and dated. The Intent is to Marry within 90 Days of Entering the USA. Those 2 Letters are separate. How and where you met were covered before in the 129-F Form/Petition. However, show HUGE proof of a On-Going Relationship while waiting for your Interview.
