You didn't answer my questions. And I agree, it shouldn't be about black or white, and apparently that's how the Ferguson grand jury felt.

No. I don't agree with lynch mobs. I don't agree with violence period. Voluntary man-slaughter, house arrest, anything to show cops they can't get away with killing people just because they feel it is "warranted" or because they feel they can't take down a suspect. People have rights. We are a modern country, this isn't "Wrong Turn" or the Hills Have Eyes." We are not backwards people and if we are this should change!!!!

I believe in being left alone, letting people live a normal life and individuals being judged for who they are and not for their skin. Death for a cigar or spitting off at the mouth because you are being harassed by a cop doesn't isn't justifiable.

Obeying the law has many advantages at times. The one thing consistent in most, not all, of these incidents of blacks being shot is there is a crime involved somewhere in the story. And in many of them, arrest is resisted. I don't know if the statistics exist, but I'm guessing that very few upstanding citizens get shot by cops while minding their own business. I'll go out on a limb here and say that most people who do what the cop tells them to do don't get shot. Regardless of race. Of course they have rights. And free will too. When a cop says stop, stop. Don't get aggressive. The grand jury reviewed a lot of evidence and witness statements. They made their decision based on that.

I realize that unless the cop was found guilty, you wouldn't be satisfied. I'm betting the grand jury saw ever sliver of evidence and people here read what was in the news which wasn't anywhere near as comprehensive.
