Timeline

here is our timeline for removalof conditions:

Mailed application to NSC on jan 16/07

NOA dated jan22/07

letter(NOA)recieved around the end of january

bio letter was in the mail box with it

bio appointment feb27/07

by the way both came with my maiden name, which bugged me. my conidtional green card has my married name. I called the customer service number on my letter and they told me I would have to try and get them to change it at my bio appointment and take my marriage license and passport(which is still in my maiden name as I haven't want to let it out of my sight until I recieve my PGC). If the stack of papers I have matches what INS has on me there should be no reason for that type of mistake.

I have to drive 3 hours to my bio appointment so i feel for people that have to drive along ways for a 5 minute appointment. I would thing a person should be able to go to their local state police station and have that info done instead of the added expense.

This whole process is very expensive and makes it difficult for most newly weds to make ends meet and start their life together. My personal opinion is they should charge the people that are entering ellegally not those of us trying to do it all above board. just an opinion so don't jump on me for it.

Will write again after bio appointment.

Nadine

... looks like we're in for another long wait through Nebraska... uscis.gov updated their processing times today for the first time in 5 weeks or so, and they're now on 8/09/06... B)

Ron & Nadine, when did your 751 arrive at NSC, your signature says 1/7, or is it 1/16? Just trying to compare a timeline... thank you!

I still have not received my NOA. It's been 3 weeks today that I've sent it in. We'll see... zzzzzzzzz

Hi all,

Made it home safe and sound. I guess my app is moving swiftly as when I got home today I found our Biometrics appointmet letter. We got 2 of them. they

say the same thing so I have an extra if anyone wants one. The letter was issued on 2/7/07. very soon after our Notice of Action.

Our appointment is on 2/23/07 at 9:00am. I am glad my trip did not go more than a few more days. I did not expect the notice that quick...Maybe Nebraska

is speeding up. We can only hope.....

Good Luck all

Scott
