Hi everyone.

So my wife's interview is coming up- it's actually rather close.

The problem we have right now is that our Co-Sponsor's tax returns for last year have not yet been filed (they have had accountant problems)

It doesn't look like we will be able to get the returns in before the interview date and I have no idea what to do!

Should we ask for a delay in the interview date? I'd very much rather not- apparently this can result in very serious delays for us :-(

It's not possible to find a different sponsor at this point. What will happen if my wife goes into the interview without the returns?

Can we submit the additional document later?

She'll be given 221g to provide them when she has it. Assuming that's the only issue, when she provides them, they're going to issue CR1 visa.
