Thank you! I got the same research from this site with that link that u sent. I will print that to make sure we have proof.

But what if he doesnt have his old/expired dubai or uae police clearance?

hi i have my police clearance .but the problem is they wrote my father name right after my name.as u know. in dubai they alwayz use father name after your name. will it be problem if i show this certificate in interview ? or do u have the same issue ?

Not unobtainable (see my post a few posts up) but difficult. Interview is advised to waive the requirement, but they may insist on it (especially if you spent a very long time in UAE)
