Hello everybody. I would like to ask something regarding on how to fill up the I-130.

Here's the situation.

I am a permanent resident (not US citizen yet) and would like to petition my daughter, who is over 21 and unmarried. I'm originally from the Philippines but currently living in Seattle, WA. My daughter is currently working in the United Arab Emirates and she's been working there for several years now and probably no plans to go back to live in the Philippines permanently again anytime soon.

My question is.....on the I-130, when filling up the relative part, do I write her address in the Philippines even though she's working in the UAE for so long?

OR

Shall i write her address in the UAE?

My daughter visits the Philippines every other year, and she visits us here in the US every 2 years. (she has a 10 year visitor visa).

Thank you guys.

You should write the address where she is a resident now which is UAE. Long as she is a resident there and still lives there when interview time comes.

Ok thanks. I was thinking the same thing. But what if my daughter only has working visa over there? Do you think she's considered as a resident there? (I'll have to ask my daughter about that one). Thanks again.
