hello.. sorry for disturbing you, im still stuck in the last step in my journey since my interview back in may

i was talking with my father and he told me that he can re submit the I-864 in 20,January,2015 ( when his tax income that he submitted this year expire)

because the business was better this year but i was afraid if they dont accept it ,because they told me that i have to find a co sponsor ( we filled i-864 above the poverty guideline 25.000$)

-my question is :are they gonna accepte his new I-864 without telling me to find a co sponsor even if his new i-864 will be above the poverty guideline 30.000 $ knowing that the household members are me and him
