Hi all

I'm getting ready to file my wife's I-485 (adjusting status from her K-1),I-765, I-131 & my I-864 and was trying to ascertain if I had to include another 2 photos for the I-131. As it is I have 4 passport photos included for the 485 and 765. ??

Six (6) photos total. Read the forms instructions:

Yep, you may have been lucky and dodged the RFE bullet.

In actuality, the photo requirements, in this age of digital photographs and obtaining biometrics, may seem out of date (and likely are). However, the difference between approval and getting an RFE likely depends on the whim of the individual USCIS adjudicator. As a consequence, I will likely continue to literally follow (and recommend the same) with regards to the official instructions when dealing with USCIS.

YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
