You can't. Medical is first come - first serve, payment is made at SLEC in Php.

There is info and link in my guide (they are good for immigrant visa also) below.

No schedule for (St.Lukes) medical center, first come first serve and they only accept cash . Just bring her NVC case number notification/approval.

...and of course passport

I had my medical the moment I had the case number cos I know I will undergo sputum due to tb history. Save time indeed! I had my medical result last Friday and Monday is my interview. Better if your mom should take advance medical esp if she has scar in her lung.

AOS Journey:

March 30 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

April 2 - USCIS received

April 9 - NOA1

May 6 - Biometrics

May 7 - Case is ready for interview

May 21 - Request for EAD expedite

May 26 - contact congressman for EAD expedite

June 1 - EAD card in production

June 2 - EAD approved

June 6 - EAD/AP combo card received

It is possible to go early, but best to wait until you have an interview date, the visa validity is tied to the date of the medical.

my point is the sputum is 2mos waiting period. that's why I want to do the early medical. BUT still im not sure.. hahaha I m afraid the medical expired and she has no interview date yet. or, the interview date is early and she has no complete medical yet because of her sputum. which is the best?

I have a question, my mpm has a history of ptb wayback 1977 and 2010 xray. But i asked her to do the xray last week. And its clear. Does she need to bring 2010 xray too and tell that she had a history?

SLEC will complete their own x-ray and are not really interested it outside x-rays. No harm in bringing them but don't know that SLEC will take them.

Providing documentation from the doctor that shows she completed TB treatment years ago could possibly help. She will be asked by SLEC if she has a TB history. It's highly possible she'll be doing the 60 day sputum process. Whatever SLEC's X-ray shows will be a big part of it.

Even if she was treated before and SLEC finds "issues" they will require the sputum.

People do medical at SLEC without a USEM interview appointment. We did.

They did this during the Yolanda crunch to move things along. Not sure if they still allow this.
