Hi,

I am consolidating all of the forms and requirements for our AOS to be submitted today.

My question is on the G325A of my husband he is the USC I remember that we submitted that when we filed for the K1 back in the Philippines, he attached the divorce decree on his previous marriage. The question is Do I have to include that divorce decree? or just fill out the name and date and place of marriage and the termination of marriage info there?

Also for i-864 what documents should we include? Tax returns? W2? Certificate of Employment? Paystubs?

Can we only send it through USPS? how about UPS?

Thanks,

Tracey =)

Your husband does not fill out a G-325A. Only you need to fill out the G-325A.

You can send all those with your I-864. You will need to send at least the most recent tax return or tax return transcript.

You can mail it through USPS or through any delivery service like UPS, FedEx, etc.
