My Fiancee recently got denied K1 VISA at the Lagos Consulate. Reason given not enough emails and no family members in pictures. Waiting for NOR to send more emails and pictures.

My questions:

Is it okay to go get married in Lagos and then file for CR1 while waiting for NOR?

Has anyone been granted a second interview at the LAGOS CONSULATE after they responded to NOR?

On a K1 Visa its very rare if at all to get a reaffirm on a K1. You getting married will cancel the K1 so there's no getting married and waiting to see hat happens.

If you want to get married now then you can then you start all over with a CR1 you will send a brief letter withdrawing your petition.

Reaize the reasons you were denied. Marrying doesn't make them go away if the situation stands.

You know for Nigeria heck any country outsde the US no pics with family is a BIG red flag..

Do you not communicae other ways. Never heard not enugh I know people who had no emails, no text but they had phone logs. You better get your evidence straight this time. As I said marrying doesn't guarantee you nothing if the same situation still applys.
