DS-260 Form and question about vaccination records

Hi all, I'm a US citizen and I'm petitioning my parents' immigration to the US. I'm trying to fill out the DS-260 form for them and one of the questions the forms asks is "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law?

Both my parents are over 65 and they don't have a record of their vaccinations. But they're sure they received all the required vaccinations. Can a letter from their physician attesting they have received all the required vaccinations sufficient as documentation? I'm curious how others have dealt with this question.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you don't have documentation, then you do not have documentation and should say no. USCIS will want vaccination dates & legit documentation, otherwise everyone would just "be sure" they got all the vaccinations. During the medical, the doctor will decide which ones are age-appropriate and waive the rest.

I didn't have my records, being an older person myself. I went to my own Doctor, and had him run a titre test. That showed what antibodies I had, and so didn't need those vaccinations. All I needed was a tetanus booster, ans I was good.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
