22/10/14 planning to leave on 10/01/2015 81 days

can i stay here in Ukraine till 10/01/2015

By my count, your 90 day mark is January 15th. Now it is 3:30 in the morning so I could be off a day or two. But you should be good leaving the 10th.

Your 90 days stay is calculated from the day of arrival, you are legally allowed to stay 90 days, so dont see a problem in staying 81 day.... you´ll be fine.

Keep in mind you are given 90 days in a 180-day period. With your recent previous travel, you would be past that as far as I can tell.

Yes, forgot to take into account 180 days....my fault.....

Ukrainian border regulation states: Foreign citizen or person without citizenship presents his/her passport at the border entry point to the officer of the State border guard service of Ukraine. Registration is done for the period that does not exceed the 90 days during 180 days from the date of first entrance into the country. If they ask you about it, you can just slip them $20 or so and then you can stay as long as you want. It's Ukraine - the laws are there as suggestions and for the right price they can overlook any laws.

In any case, I do not thing they will even ask you about it at all. They do not place a date in the passport until when you can stay like they do in the US, and by the time you leave in January, the first stay of 15 days would be over 180 days old, so you would be below 90 in 180 days rule.

for an overstay on the 90 day rule it will cost a maximum of 100 dollars or as little as 20. All is dependant on how much they think they can get from you.
