Here in NYC we have an idiot Brooklyn DA that has decided not to prosecute most marijuana offenses because he thinks the laws are racist, and we have a smug Socialist mayor that doesn't just want to not prosecute illegal immigration cases - but actually roll out the red carpet for them. If politicians do not agree with certain laws, they should move to change or repeal them. But if laws are on the books, they gotta do their jobs.

Any elected official that willfully ignores the laws of the country should be immediately removed from office.

I agree with de criminalizing Weed. it however needs to be done by the governing body, not by some Da who decideds to legslate from the Da's Office. We have had activist judges now we have actvist attorneys.

Lawyers are huge plague on this country. Many of them anyway
