My fiancé sent me the Affidavit of Support (with wet signature and dated) and supporting docs like letter of employment, W2 and Form 1040 (year 2012-2013) ,his letter of intent (signed & dated also), photocopies of passport stamp, biographical page of his passport and the NOA1 and NOA2 that he received from mail instead of sending the whole I-129F package. I believed the embassy has the copy of it. - just saying.

1. If you mean the paperwork from I-129F package, then no, you do not need to but you can. The Consulate Office will have all of these paperwork in their files (and they will use the partial information from these paperwork to conduct their interview with your fiancee)

2. For Visa interview, then you need to send her a signed Affidavit of Support (I-134) with required proofs (Tax Transcript and 2-3 recent pay stubs will be fine but double check - some offices are more open, some are more strict)

3. You may also want to send the letter of intend, signed with the current date.
