Is it being delivered to his home? If so probably 7 to 10 days. But it can vary, so don't be surprised if it shows up on 4 days, and don't be alarmed if it takes 3 weeks.

How long does it take after interview for visa to be delivered from us embassy manila? My hubby is in metro manila...

After the interview - unknown. After issuance (which is not the interview) 7-10 days, if you arranged to pick it up at MOA it can be a day or two quicker.
