Timeline

The only thing it means is that if the date of your NOA1 was before April 5, you can call USCIS and they will (in theory) acknowledge that it is taking longer than it should and look into it in further detail for you. Officially, you can't make any assumptions about what they've done after September 30, but that's what Igor's List is for.

Well, the last update (As of August 31st) we had march 4th timeframe and this update as of September 30th we have april 4th..I guess (Not sure AT ALL about) we can assume that now they're working on middle may petitions, even though it's not a rule and we shouldn't make assumptions! I am expecting to hear something about my case by the middle of december (NOA1 by June 20th). Hopefully things will move a little bit faster. Sometimes I just get confused when I check at some timelines from TSC and I see people from July or even October being approved! I wish I could understand how they work!
