Hi Vjers,

Just to give you a quick note for my K1 to AOS timeline

August 19, 2014 - USCIS received my I-131 & I-765

August 22, 2014 - USCIS received my case (AOS) I-485

September 11, 2014 - Completed my Biometrics (on-time)

.....

and today, after 84 days of waiting I got an update with my case, but just for I-131 and I-765 only....my I-485 still on pending

For my 1-131 = CASE APPROVED!

For my 1-765 = NEW CARD is being PRODUCED.... ( what does this mean?) I assume it is approved also hahahaha....

For my I-485 = (still stuck on the same date 8/22/2014 nothing change)

Actually I am expecting for an update for "INTERVIEW" but anyway I am good with it, that what matters anyway -the EAD!

I really don't know but I guess my call last Friday telling them (USCIS) that its over 75 days since the last update helps!

To all pending's out there with their cases, good luck and more patience. :-)

Yes your are absolutely right, your I-765 is also approved. USCIS issues employment and travel authorization on a single card. The EAD card got a text at the bottom that read as "SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE", so it serves both.

I'll give you LOVE to last for a lifetime.- Bob wub.png
