Hi guys,

We are supposed to file papers for removing conditions within 90 days. So let's say, if my GC expires in February, we are filing in November. What happens if your GC expires in February but USCIS still didn't send a new GC? Are we eligible to work in this case?

They send you an extension letter for a year till you receive your green card so yes you are eligible to work.

Less than 2 weeks to get extension letter, why is there any delay? In that case, an infopass will help you to get a stamp on your passport, which extends your status for another year while waiting for I-751 decision.
