more i-864 questions

Hi, sorry to bother you all again but I have some more questions about my i-864 forms.

My husband (the us citizen) doesn't have enough income so we are using his stepdad as a joint sponsor.

His stepdad is retired rom the US Air Force and gets a retirement check. He also still works as a rancher.

I am therefore unsure what to check in Part 6: 2-self employed as a rancher,or 3-retired.

Also on part 6 number 13 (a, b and c): His income as a rancher is very variable and varies greatly over the past three tax years. BUT he also gets his retirement check. SO I was wandering if I just had to add his retirement check to his gross income on his taxrecords for each year.

Last but not least, he has copies off all three most recent tax years, is it better to send in all of them or is just the most recent one fine?

( by the way where does everybody get a checklisgt from, they never send me one, do you have to request it?)

A checklist is issued by the NVC if the paperwork is incomplete, incorrectly filled out, or documents are missing.
