Dear Sir:

I need you advice please.
I entered the U.S. through K1 visa and got married to my Fiance. I submitted my AOS, EAD, Travel Parole and paid $1070. Due to unexpected circumstances , we were having disagreements and He told me that we need to have space as both of us were saturated about our disagreements. I got hurt and agreed.
We got hurt one another emotionally and I left the house without letting him know as I did what he told me to do so, that he wants space for us. I only left him a note. He called me and told me that he never meant what he said, he doesn't want me to leave, he just couldn't get over the death of his father and he was down. He wanted to make it to me and to us. He admitted that he made a big mistake in our marriage and wants to start a new life with only me.

I left and never thought about my papers that were already been submitted because I was hurt deeply. Things went by so fast about my decision to tell him to file for a divorce because he hurt me so much emotionally. He doesn't want to file for a divorce, instead an annulment as he doesn't want me to be a divorcee, but it happened that later on we regretted everything , that filing a case was a huge mistake. That's the biggest mistake we both made in our lives as we are in love to each other but because of emotions ,things happened. Funny thing is that, we are still texting and calling each other while the annulment is on process.
Love never fails and it keeps no record of wrongs when you truly love the person .

Now, we are still together but living apart , and he wants to remarry me again and to start all over again. He wants to petition me again and I don't know how we are going to start it. We entered in marriage in good faith and we went through test on our marriage that's why we failed.

My question is: Can he still file for a petition for me if we are going to get married again , but not in the US anymore.
I was telling him that he has to come to Canada where I'm a permanent resident as I don't have any visa to go back home to the States.
Our annulment has just been finalized last Nov 4.
And we know that we don't want to live without each other as we are in love to one another. I was so weak then when we had disagreements that's why it happened. We forgave one another and the love is still there despite of what happened. We don't want to be separated anymore. It's different when you married your spouse then you divorce one another , we are still married in the eyes of God and you can't just throw it away just like that. We want to correct our mistake and start a new life.

I have sent a letter to USCIS to withdraw my application so I don't have any pending case to them.
We don't know why we got into this mess really fast , because We got hurt one another and made a decision right away.

We both love each other , we have known each other
for 12 years , and we're together for 4 years before we decided to start doing the paper works.

I hope you could give us an advice.

Thank you so much.
