Good day guys. Been a long time since I last posted here. Anyway, my wife got her K3 visa last Sept. 24, 2014. I will be buying here ticket anytime so that she can come here.

Questions.

1. When she gets here, what is the next step?

2. Do we file for her Social Security immediately?

3. Will she be getting a new visa?

4. What about the green card?

5. What is her status here?

6. Also, can we leave the country?

In short, you will need to file for AOS for her, as you got the K3 instead of the CR-1.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
