Where did you get that idea?

Nothing's "required" to have signatures except for the actual forms that USCIS is needing from you. Cover letters and evidence don't need to be signed unless it's something like a sworn statement that it makes you feel better to have it signed. Even then, it's not required.

1. Form I129F itself should be signed/dated.

2. 2 x Letters of Intend should be signed/dated. It would be agood idea to provide orginal signature for both. However, in our case, we used a scanned version for the beneficiary's.

3. Petitioner's G-325a should be signed/dated. Beneficiary's G-325a is not required to signed/dated but again, just to free yourself from "stress" - got the original signature for both. Again, in our case, we used a scanned version for the beneficiary's.

There is not point to sign other attached evidences like your receipts/ticket/or telephone bills/photos.
