I hace 2 PD, august 18 and October 21. I have some questions?????? Can i do something for My 2 aplication be aproved at the same time? How long nebraska take for ir2 from noa1 to noa2? In the website said 5 months but i see people take longer and an others take shortly. Thank you for any answer

HUH My Spanish writing not that good, What you need to be sure of is when it gets to the NVC to make sure they are linked together before you pay the first one. Since they are both for you. When it comes time do not pay anything to the NVC until you see where both cases are showing. Yes its been a while but our 2 I-130 stayed together the whole time. Just make sure when you pay you have both cases as then you know they are together.

One will be approved before the other but that does not matter as once it gets to NVC you can link them.

Good Luck.

DO you have all the info on the exit requirments for the children from the DR? like other parents permission etc?

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Well way Back in 2007/2008 we needed a letter from the Mom to be sent a( To NVC see my time lien ) for permission for me to bring the boys. Also in Colombia all kids under 18 need a Permiso every time they leave the country without both Parents. I would look into this as soon as possible to make sure there are no delays when all is approved and ready to go. As I am not familar with the DR I am at work and get a firewall when trying to look it up.

Start getting all documents now before time to make sure you are ready to go once it gets to the NVC.

Just a question does the other parent allow the children to immigrate to the US?

How old are the children?

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
