Applying for a CR1 visa for my husband.

I finally got my AOS fee showing up as paid in the system and I'm preparing to send in all the forms for it now. Is the following accurate?

1. Pay AOS fee

2. Send in AOS paperwork

3. Pay IV App fee

4. Send in IV paperwork

Or am I supposed to wait and submit AOS & IV at the same time? Each site seems to say something a bit different and the guide on this site doesn't really mention the IV so I've been getting confused.

Do avoid 2 months 60days per package do as NVC wants and send together. I believe that's their new request as per their website.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

2/27/2020: Combo Interview (ROC and Citizenship)
3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

5/21/2019: Filed Online
5/21/2019: NOA1 Date
6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
6/19/2020: Notice Oath Ceremony scheduled

Thanks! It's so confusing as it's not letting me fill out the IV form online or pay that fee yet. Not sure how long that will take before it comes up as active.

How long ago did you submit the DS-261?
