Hi All,

We are in the process of getting my daughter, she's 15 years old and will be accompanied by my brother. I just want to ask, need help:

1.) when I try to book her interview schedule online, there's no space where to put her details.

2.) what are the paperworks does she need to bring?

3.) what are the questions asked from your K2 and companion?

4.) she will travel alone, anything we need for her?

Thanks and God bless!

Your daughter is FOLLOWING TO JOIN" as a K-2? And your brother is assisting with the process?

The K-2 process is almost identical to your process, exceptions being age related. There are details in my link below, follow the flashing arrow.

There is info on traveling for a minor here: http://www.dswd.gov.ph/faqs/travel-clearance-for-minors/

You would do better with this in the Philippines forum, I will ask this be moved, plus here is a link.

Nothing too intense; petitioners name, where he & you live (city, state). It is pretty simple, you are already approved so this is for the most part a given.
