contacting Dos for update of courier account

Hello people, I am new here and i have query,I am trying to submit additional documents to the embassy through Dx courier, can someone tell me typically how long does it take for them to update an already existing account? Thanks

I don't know for sure because the contract with DX changed and some people have been told they only do service for people getting US passports from the embassy. It is confusing because it is still DX that services the visa section.
