Hey guys im about to send my packet and i feel like i dont have enough evidence, my husband and i really dont have anything together becase my dad helped us by putting our car and other stuff under his or my moms name. Our bank statements are sad (lol) we really dont have any money and we have just a few family pictures. Im just looking for some ideas of what else i can send, We have a 2 year old together so im hoping that will be enough.

Do you have joint tax returns, drivers license with same address, trip itineraries, mail address to the two of you, joint health insurance, affidavits from family and friends?

Also i was thinking of sending an affidavit from my dad stating the car situatution and maybe sending our bank statement highligting when we made the tranfer for the car payment, or is that to dumb? I just dont want it to look like im digging for evidence. 1. All evidences must span thogoughly your marriage, a couple of recent statements will result in RFE. All insurance declaration pages, policies will help.

2. Your dad affadavit explains your situation is good idea.
