Well my wife and I are currently in the process of preparing our I-751 packet and we have a couple questions. In a couple of weeks to a month when we have our packet completly put together im sure we will be back to have you all review and make sure our packet is up to par and im sure we will have more questions but for right now:

1. When the Uscis asks for photo copies, do they want front and back copies of everything?

2. I always had a checking, savings account but I did not add my wife to them until about a year after she got to the US and around the same time we signed up for a joint credit card account. So will roughly 10 months of transactions by the time we send the package be enough? Also. we use our checking account all of the time(its actually a debit account we use a card, not checks, i dont know if that matters) and we try to use our credit account at least once or twice a month but we rarley use our savings account, will this matter?

3.Should I write a note explaining that I just didnt get around to adding her to my checking and savings accounts till then?

4. My wife, our daughter, and Myself have been living with my father the entire time my wife has been here(because I work full time while saving for college and am a college student and my wife is a stay at home mom for our daughter) so we really havent had any bills to pay aside from our seperate Internet bill, and our car insurance bill, is this going to be a problem as long as I get a sworn affidavit from my father explaining this? I dont think it will be a problem because all of our mail is mailed either directly to this house or to our p.o. box and i have a stamped approval notice from the post office adding her to the p.o. box.

5. Should this affidavit go near the front of our packet?

Thanks in advanced for your help!

1. Yes I would do front and back, if the back has stuff on it.

2. 10 months should be enough. My husband and I only had 6 months of joint accounts, and they didn't seem to care. I just wrote they were separate before that in the cover letter.

3. Sounds good.

4. Yes, have your father write up something that states you both have living with him for the duration of your marriage. In addition, add things with both your names and joint address (like DL's, taxes and your bank accounts are good, and probably would go in anyway).

5. Doesn't matter where you put it, but if you do a cover letter I would list it.

Thank you for your reply! Thats comforting to hear! We have lots of evidance of living together and other required materials but I was just asking advice because joint bank accounts seem to be the most sought after evidence by the Uscis. Does anyone else have there opinion to add?
