My chinese visa expires January 15, up to what date can I enter china?

Hello, I know lots of countries don't let you enter if your passport is going to expire soon. i have a 1 year multi entry visa for China that will expire 1/15, do they have similar restrictions on entry? Or do I just have to be out before it expires?

That visa is still good for 10 weeks...so I'm sure it'll also depend on

when you are traveling and how long you will stay there.

You might want to check with local Chinese consulate office to be sure,

and just renew if necessary.

Hello,

No I am not planning to attend the interview, just accompany her to the consulate and wait outside all day :clock:

And I will go home and she will go home to prepare to come to the USA after this. Then I will go to China one last time to see her family and such and we will come home together.

Darnell is right, you must enter China before 1/15, after which you can stay for the duration listed on the visa which is most likely 90 days if you have a tourist visa.
